Chelsea’s veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech is apparently set to join Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, according to former Blues coach and player Ray Wilkins.

A firm fan favourite, Cech’s first-team opportunities have been limited by the arrival of Thibaut Courtois from Atletico Madrid.

The 32-year-old has been linked with a number of Europe’s biggest clubs including Arsenal and Inter Milan, but it appears that PSG have won the race for his signature.

Wilkins made his comments on beIN Sport after his French suitors were beaten 3-1 in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Barcelona.

Chelsea ready to splash £22M for Spanish midfielder.

Chelsea have been linked with Atletico Madrid star Koke for several months for a fee in the region of £40m, but Fichajes claim now that the Blues could move for the Spaniard for closer to £22m.

Koke is one of Atleti’s most important players, but the Blues see him as an alternative to midfield star Cesc Fabregas. The £22m fee would be a starting bid, though Atletico are thought to want more for the player.

Chelsea had been the favourites to land the highly-rated Spanish international having completed deals with Atletico last summer for Diego Costa and Filipe Luis.

Manchester United and Manchester City are also believed to be interested in the midfielder but it remains unknown who has made the first move.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho could be ready to part ways with both Oscar and Ramires in order to bring Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge this summer, according to reports.

The Blues have been linked with a move for the Juventus man for some months, despite Pogba having put pen to paper on a new contract in October.

Barcelona, Manchester City and Manchester United are also believed to be keen on the French international but, according to the Daily Telegraph, Chelsea are already putting plans in place for a deal in the transfer window.

Juve reportedly want to bring both Oscar and Ramires to Turin and Mourinho is allegedly willing to let the duo leave if it means beating rivals to Pogba’s signature.
